The house origins from 1970. Renovation, extension, concept and design started in 2015 by
When we bought the house in 2015, it was in very poor condition. Fortunately, the structural construction was excellent — that really made us happy! Since then, we’ve replaced a flat roof, completely renewed the electrical system, updated the plumbing and bathrooms, partially laid new floors, and started working on the garden terraces.
There’s still plenty left to do!

We bought the house in a run-down condition, without any water rights. Since 2022, we have acquired a perpetual water right, allowing us to irrigate the garden. The house is now largely self-sufficient, thanks to the installation of solar panels.
The garden features a beautiful variety of trees: graceful palm trees, mature olive trees, several fruit trees, as well as avocado, almond, pomegranate, and mango trees.
We’ve installed a new entrance gate and started lowering the terraces behind the house, gradually creating more structure and space in the garden.

Renovation started in 2024
The house, dating back to 1870, had to be completely cleared out, as the former owner had grown too old to maintain it, and there was no close family left to take care of the property.
It features a charming, slightly overgrown garden and a clear, simple architectural layout. While the house is in need of a complete renovation, a few important updates have already been made — including a new front door and several replaced windows.
At the moment, we are still in the process of planning and drawing up the renovation plans.
